Estimated Delivery Times
Canada: 2–8 business days
United States: 4–12 business days via Canada Post
Lower Mainland, Vancouver: 2–4 business days via Chit Chats (since Dec 1, 2022)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination.

Shipping Methods
We ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats Courier Service.
Economy Shipping: 2–12 business days (Canada) / 4–12 business days (U.S.)
All orders are sent with tracking.

Free Shipping
Available to: All U.S. states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada
Minimum Order: US$79 merchandise subtotal (before discounts, taxes, and extra fees)
Free shipping applies to economy service only.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping to other countries is calculated separately at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will ship the next business day.

Packaging
Orders are shipped in a poly mailer when possible.
Larger orders will be packed in a box.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
